Taking the Personal Wellness Evaluation is a great way to get a current snapshot of how well your lifestyle is supporting your wellbeing. It’s completely confidential and may only take about 5 minutes to complete.
You’ll be asked questions about your current lifestyle, including typical eating habits, exercise routine and stress levels.
Once you’re done, the Personal Wellness Evaluation tool will compile your answers, then generate your Personal Well-being Report. The report will highlight the areas where you’re already doing great, and give you tips on how to improve your overall well-being.
