Having a hard time getting more movement in to your busy day?  Somehow, when we’re fitting the pieces of work, home, family and self together, regular physically activity just doesn’t seem to fit in.  Solving the Moving Puzzle is a 5-week wellness activity that encourages participants to be more physically active. Weekly newsletters provide practical tips to help participants be physically active. No need to run a marathon or even join a gym – unless you want to.  Solving the Moving Puzzle will help you fit more exercise easily into your day.
