Your first step in the program is to complete your online Health Evaluation. Once you complete the evaluation, you’ll receive a Personal Wellness Report highlighting the great healthy habits you already have, and identifying areas you may want to focus on during your Healthy Habits program. We know you are the authority in your life… that’s why, unlike other lifestyle programs, Healthy Habits let’s you decide what area of your health you want to work on. Instead of setting goals for you, we let you create your own goals, then, give you the tools, resources and support you need to successfully achieve and maintain your goals.
