I love the concept of determination. You “determine” where you are going and set a path to reach it.  Determination is the willingness and ability to overcome obstacles and to avoid distractions; giving you the flexibility to achieve your goals.  As you enter week 10 of developing your healthy habit, you’ll be encouraged to:

  • review your goals and action plans daily
  • refocus on your goal by creating (or updating) a vision board
