Mindfulness is about being aware of your actions and how they affect you rather than living on autopilot. Using a mindfulness approach to achieving what you want in life will make achieving your goals easier. If you find yourself struggling to meet the goals you’ve set for yourself, this week you’ll be encouraged to:
- observe your thoughts and feelings without judgement
- realize when you are “in” the past or future and bring your attention back to the present moment
- eat, exercise and think in the present
